Responsibility Clause aka The Fine Print

These “Terms of Use” set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of Discover Saint Louis, LLC (DSTL). By using the web site (other than to read this page for the first time), you agree to comply with all of the Terms of Use set forth herein. The right to use the Web Site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. By using this Site, You (the User) accept the Terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not access or use this Site

Discover Saint Louis, LLC acts as an independent contractor that arranges travel-related services for tours. DSTL nor its agents or affiliates act as your agent or as an agent for others who provide services in connection with any tour, including, but not limited to, hotels, restaurants, sightseeing and transportation.  These service providers also act as independent contractors.  DSTL, their agents, direct and indirect owners and affiliates and the tour operators shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or inconvenience arising out of or related to any act, omission, negligence, accident, error or default of any company or person engaged in providing such services or any defect in any vehicle or other equipment, and they shall not be responsible or liable for other occurrences and conditions that are beyond their control, including, but not limited to, strikes, theft, weather, acts of terrorism and acts of God.

            You agree to release DSTL, their agents, direct and indirect owners and affiliates from all such liability and to look to those who provide services in connection with your tour for recovery of any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or inconvenience. In addition, you agree to release DSTL, its agents, direct and indirect owners and affiliates from all liability for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay or inconvenience arising out of or related to any act, omission, negligence, accident, error or default of DSTL and its agents. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your protection, either through us or another vender.

            DSTL reserves the right to decline or remove any person as a member of a tour and to change the itinerary or to withdraw any or all tours of portions thereof. If this is necessary, we will resume the scheduled itinerary as soon as possible.  If any tour must be withdrawn by DSTL prior to final payment, liability is limited to a refund of money received by us.

            Other tour operators are responsible for arrangements on certain tours.  This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which the tour operator responsible for arrangements is located; all disputes or causes of action shall be brought in that state.

All prices, options and information on website or any marketing materials are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US dollars.

DSTL may provide hyperlinks to third-party web sites as a convenience to users of the Web Site. DSTL does not control third-party web sites and is not responsible for the contents of any linked-to, third-party web sites or any hyperlink in a linked-to web site. DSTL does not endorse, recommend or approve any third-party web site hyperlinked from the Web Site. DSTL will have no liability to any entity for the content or use of the content available through such hyperlink.

The information and materials on the Web Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information contained herein.
